Maple Dijon Pork Chops


  • 4-8 pork chops (olive oil to brown them, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped refrigerated garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil

  1. You don't have to brown the pork chops, but it is recommended. Salt and pepper them if you brown them. You can also brown the onion if you wish.
  2. Combine syrup, mustard, Worcestershire Suace, and garlic and stir well.
  3. Put the pork chops and onion in the crockpot.
  4. Pour the mixture of other ingredients over the pork chops.
  5. Cook for 4-6 hours on high.

Serve and enjoy.

Green Beans, Potatoes, Onions, and Meat Dinner

2 pounds fresh green beans, ends removed and discarded 1 vidalia onion, sliced 3 lb. bag of little yellow potatoes ½ package of center cut bacon 2 tablespoons Knorr granulated chicken bouillon powder ½ teaspoon of black pepper 3 cups water Wash all vegetables. Snap green beans into 1 ½ inch pieces. Wash potatoes but do not peel. Cut them in half. Separate the pieces of the sliced onions. Slice bacon crosswise in ¾ inch strips. Separate pieces. Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook for 5 hours on high. Serve and enjoy.
