- 4 cups unpeeled peaches sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup water
In another bowl, cut the butter into
the flour and then add the sugar:
- ¾ cups sifted flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ sticks butter
- Grease a 9” x 13” baking dish.
- Arrange the fruit layer over the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled layer over the fruit layer.
- Add extra sugar (1/2 cup). Dust with more cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
