Nancy’s Homemade Curry Powder



Nancy’s Homemade Curry Powder
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 4 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. Crush cardamom in a sandwich bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Place all ingredients in a container with a lid.
  3. Shake.
