Nancy’s Homemade Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoons cardamom
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 4 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Crush cardamom in a sandwich bag with a rolling pin.
- Place all ingredients in a container with a lid.
- Shake.
